The process of service is quite simple |
1. Send us via e-mail or FTP clear scanned samples of your drawings
(in CIT, DGN, DWG, PCX, TIF, PRT, or any other format), paper/sketches
(copy) can be sent to us by mail, courier or fax.
2. We will convert the drawings as per you requirements and
schedule. Each file is layered using the International layering
format or any custom format. Multiple layers are separated
by entity, color, line-width, type etc, or sorted to your
specifications. We perform three levels of quality control
for each converted document in order to guarantee 100% quality
and accuracy.
3. New electronic files will be senting to you by e-mail/FTP
or on media such as Floppies/CD's.
4. When you are totally satisfied with our work, we will
invoice your company.

| >> Quality Assurance |
|
CadCyberBase assures the highest quality and accuracy for
each converted CAD file. Converted files will be checked and
reviewed to make sure all of CAD standards were followed and
document was converted accurately.
We have a separate QA-QC division which performs minimum 3
levels of quality assurance(QA)and quality check(QC)for the
final finishing files. If errors are detected at any level,
it will be returned to the original operator for corrections.
When successfully passing each level of QA-QC. then the converted
file is distributed to our client.
Once you have received and reviewed the final CAD files,We
keep to verify that the CAD files have met all of your specific
project requirements, If it is not, just inform us and we
will update it immediately, even when you show no satisfaction
on our work, We could not expect you to pay our bill, No hassles,
No debate at all.
Our clients are treated the same whether you have one(1)
or 1K drawings to convert.
